no contact is so hard... but...
by maddie
No contact is so hard ... but ... the minute you give in, they go ahead, and try again to manipulate you. I'm 31 and until this day I thought it was all my fault, all the mean words, all the not speaking to me, all the insulting me. I got my self a new phone and deleted his number for good. I'm happy I did that even though it took me a whole year. A year in which I was looking for closure and for answers. I'm really depressed now and have a hard time moving on, but you have to. Try everything to not get in touch with your abuser. |
Life after getting out of an abusive relationship
often continues to be a struggle, and It's My Life Now offers
