You're not to blame
by Brooke
I found opening up and finally being honest with what my ex did to me, meant that I received support and confirmation that it really wasn't MY fault. Being in an abusive relationship triggered my anorexia and when I left and eventually let go of self blame, I freed myself of self hate and shame. I'm so much happier now and there is hope for anyone in an abusive relationship to be liberated and smile again. You can do it, you just need to believe in yourself again. Xoxox |
