Thought Blocking...
Thought blocking can be helpful when there is just too much going on around abuse issues. I had so many people interview me about the abuse, that all it did was make me have nightmares, trouble sleeping, and difficulty focusing. It was like all I could see were images of him being angry at me. That is not a good place to be. Do not let the thoughts control you. Block the thoughts: actually tell your self to stop. That little bit of peace from the obsessing thoughts is powerful. |

often continues to be a struggle, and It's My Life Now offers
