Let off the steam!by Anon
Sharing my present fears and feelings with trusted friends and allowing them to come up with ideas to some of my problems. If I don't feel as though I have any trusted friends or family members left, then I can join a support group locally with people who have been through the same sort of thing and we can exchange our experiences, name them and let off steam to one another. Or writing it all down in a diary, or a letter. That letter does not need to be sent, but I can sit out in the garden and symbolically burn it, and with the burning, call an end to that part of my life. |
