What to expect from a Support Group?

EASE runs coffee mornings in various areas throughout East Anglia. This is to offer a place to go and a chance to meet with others who have been through similar events in their lives for a chat in a relaxed, informal and non judgemental environment, providing confidential and supportive friendship to its members.

We also run training courses i.e. confidence building, money management, first aid, food and hygiene, self defense.

Ease is a confidential domestic violence survivors support group for women, based in East Anglia, run by fellow survivors. Groups meet in Kings Lynn, Yarmouth and Norwich. Email ease_2004@hotmail.co
