My husband would call or text me or even tell me at the end of his work day once he got home: "I see you have been to Taco Bell", or some other place I had been and spent any money at. Upon this he would even quote the dollar amount I spent.

I felt towards him as one would towards a stalker because of the endless tirade that made me feel nothing but guilty every single time I spent any amount of money anywhere.
